SGA is committed to inspiring, empowering and connecting individuals, communities and organisations to garden sustainably and our volunteers are vital part of that work.

Volunteers play a crucial role in helping SGA grow and many areas of our organisation could not exist without them. Volunteer’s roles include events and festivals to promote the SGA message, admin support, data entry, research, community and relationship building, and more. We welcome all skills and backgrounds; you don’t need to be a horticultural person, just someone with an enthusiasm for what SGA does and some time to support that. Your creativity and commitment are all we need.

Volunteers are vital to our work!  We would not exist without them.
