GGP members are entitled to free attendance at our regular Professional Peer Evenings. At these evenings (in an accessible Melbourne location or via Zoom), our group focuses on a topic led by an industry expert. These evenings include talks, on site tours and demonstrations. Our Peer Evenings are a great way to meet others working in the industry and to expand your sustainable gardening knowledge and skills.

For GGP members who are unable to attend the meetings in person (including interstate members), many of our Peer Evenings are live streamed for members to watch from home. We also record many of our meetings and put them in our Industry Library for members to access for free.

We’ve covered a huge range of topics from IPM and reducing chemical usage, to the health of urban soils, to behind the scenes tours of public gardens.

You can read about the topics and speakers that have been the focus of previous GGP Peer Evenings here.
