Workshop Description
Renters face some special challenges when developing their gardens: working with a landlord, whether the garden should be permanent or moveable, gardening in a small space, and how to do it all in a sustainable way.
This presentation will outline renters’ and landlords’ rights and obligations in relation to gardens and present solutions to some common rental garden dilemmas. It also includes ideas for small, pop-up and transportable gardens, with plenty of inspiration for growing in containers, making the most of your space, being water-wise, and treating food waste on site.
