SERIES - Carbon in the Garden
Our gardens play an important role in Climate Change. In this series we explore how we can reduce our carbon footprint by growing some of the most carbon intense purchases, including herbs, tea, and cut flowers. It will also discuss how we can increase the amount of carbon we store simply by planting native grasses or learning to eat some of our most carbon savvy greens, Weeds!!.
