During droughts, water conservation is a hot topic! But when rainfall seems adequate again, many of us forget about it. However, the last drought made many of us aware how much water is actually wasted. Because Australia is a dry continent it is important to conserve water all the time – in times of climate change we are no longer sure when the next drought will hit. And, anyway, with increasing water prices, conserving water helps the hip pocket.
