SGA commenced as a project of Environs Australia: the Local Government Environment Network. SGA is closely aligned with local government in our work to change the gardening practices of gardeners to be more appropriate to the Australian environment.
Many of our projects support council projects, assist council staff in meeting environmental benchmarks and encourage community behavioural change in relation to sustainability.
Local Government subscription will enable us to continue developing and delivering on a wide range of gardening projects that are raising awareness, providing skills and inspiring home gardeners and professional gardeners to consider the environment when they select a plant or a gardening product.
In return we ask you to nominate 3 council representatives (Environment, Parks & Gardens, Economic Development) to receive a copy of our regular newsletter updating you on SGA projects and outcomes.
All SGA local government subscribers will be acknowledged on the SGA website.

Regional Councils - $440 inc GST
